Before finishing up the wedding story, I thought I might give my readers a little challenge. Something took place here today. Can you figure out what it was? (Those of you who already know, don’t give it away too quickly!)

I dont have any idea of what it is? But I would like to know.
You’ve got it! This was a cheese press we put together in order to make fresh cheese for Jonathan’s birthday dinner. It worked pretty well once we had it up – the pipe clamps making it easy to add a bit more pressure at a time. But it was complicated to get everything in place all at once. I had to conscript two extra pairs of hands. Also, my buckets are now rather bent out of shape. I think I’ll try something slightly different next time. Maybe some of that 6″ ABS pipe out in the sugar shack would come in handy…

Here’s a hint: it has to do with milk.
Does it have something to do with milk transformation?
Yes, it does. You’ll have this figured out soon!

Is it for butter or for cheese?
You are definitely on the right track! Yes, it is for cheese. What does it do?

Est-ce-que ca sert a égouter le fromage?
That’s my guess, too.
